An hour after Red left, Kuya Roy arrived at the hospital. Chelsea was surprised to see that she had been waiting for someone to enter the door but no one did. "Kuya, where's Maris?" Chelsea asked.

"She said she had something to attend to, ma'am. She sent me these things you asked for," Kuya Roy replied as he placed the bags on the sofa. Afterward, he quickly approached and stared at Manang Fe. "Oh, she looks at me as if I'm about to die, my goodness!" Manang Fe jokingly said, feeling a bit uncomfortable with Kuya Roy's gaze.

After a while, Kuya Roy sobbed like a child, "Manang!" he cried out. He sat on Manang Fe's bed and didn't stop crying. "Why are you crying like that?" Manang Fe scolded him because his crying became even louder.

Chelsea immediately stood up, poured a glass of water from the table, and handed it to Kuya Roy, "Drink some water first, kuya."
