After my conversation with Dalia, I kept my promise not to tell Red about what happened earlier. When I got home, Red was still busy with his work and didn't even question where I went. He seemed to be still in a daze and didn't even bother to ask me about my whereabouts. As time passed, I couldn't help but feel sorry for him. It pained me to see the love of my life in such a state.

Although I wanted to tell him that I saw Dalia and that she was doing well, my conscience stopped me from breaking the promise I made to Dalia. I tried talking to Red about what happened earlier, but he only said that it wasn't important and that it was just about his mother's constant nagging. I also asked him if he was okay, and although he said yes, I knew he was just hiding everything and trying to act strong.
