Chapter 113

Alessandro's POV 

My eyes flickered opened and a frown settled on my face when I realised I was in a strange room.

Well, not so strange. This wasn't personal check-up room where the nurses attended to me privately.

"Oh my God, he's awake." I heard someone scream and as I turned my head, my eyes met with Amelia's.

She was covered in sweat and looked so worried. 

What really happened and why was I here?

Where was mother? I sat up immediately when the thought crossed through my mind.

Not long after, Gianni came back with one of the nurses.

"Where's Mother?" I asked and he cocked his head backwards, watching me with confused eyes. He gulped and turned to the nurse.

"Please attend to him. I think he's hallucinating." He said and the lady nodded. 

Hallucinating? Was I going crazy or something? It was my mother I saw and nobody else, how could that be an hallucination?
