"Are you sure??" Jason inquired looking at Ryley's face in amusement as he nodded his head in a no. "You really don't feel anything?" 

"No, I don't feel anything!" Ryley repeated his words to confirm it.

Jason batted his lashes for a second and then diverted his eyes to his left to look at Ryley's father, "That is strange but awesome!" He exclaimed, taking off his spectacles, and placing it on the table across from him.
