“She’s calling your bluff,” said David Archer, Kane’s attorney who drafted the NDA that Serena signed when she came to live in the Beaumont mansion.
“What is she saying?” Kane asked.
“She said the NDA does not stop her from writing a book and it’s simply an attempt by you to silence her and take away her freedom of speech.”
