MAYRA

My heart rate doubled at that thought and I pressed my eyes close. Maybe it is selfish of me to think that being here like this is enriching me with peace and comfort. I don't know about him but at one point everybody needs someone to just wrap arms around and forget about all the pain.

After few seconds which felt like infinity, I tried to pull myself away from him but before that he pulled me closer to him and wrapped his arms around me more tightly. I gasped in shock when he buried his face in the crook of my neck. I had a little goose bumps on the back of my neck.

Many butterflies started erupting inside my belly and I tried to suppress the urge of hiding somewhere.

"You know what Mayra." He whispered and his warm breath raised tingling sensation over my whole spine.
