Chapter 54

The more she hates me the more she's safe. I am tainted, impure, filthy, monster but her hate will keep her safe from me. If by any chance she'll come closer to me, my demons will destroy her to the point of no return. I want her love but I don't want her to be in love with me.

" I won't kill Claire until you'll act as if you love me." I said.

She nodded without any single word and whispered a soft 'I love you.'

My heart relaxed in ecstasy and a low smile crossed my lips.

Her forced love and real hatred is all I need.

" Kiss me." I commanded.

She closed her eyes shut for a second to stop her tears and then placed her lips over mine. I stayed still and let my nerves took a dive in peace. After awhile I encircled my arms around her waist and kissed her back. The salty taste of her tears exploded in my mouth which made my smile, a little more.
