Chapter 26. I Like You in Anything

Christopher’s POV

I sat down on the couch and clasped my hands underneath my chin in thought. I can't explain what it is that I feel toward Adele but I know that I am attracted to her. That's the explanation I can give right now about what happened between us yesterday.

I was attracted to her, that's all. I mean no guy wouldn't be after seeing that much of her white, porcelain, smooth, silky skin.

I stood up from the couch and went to the bed instead. It is seven in the morning and Adele hasn't woken up yet. It is more of the reason why I put the plates outside. I do not want anything or anyone to disturb Adele's sleep.

I walked to her side and bent down on the floor as I stared at her sleeping face. A few strands of her hair is covering her right eye, so I pushed it to the top of her head with my finger.
