I snapped out of my thoughts when someone suddenly slapped my arm. I gave Mikan a glare, but she just smirked at me.

“Youʼre totally whipped, my friend. Kyle has been talking to you for a while, but youʼre daydreaming.” She giggled.

I felt my cheeks heat up because of what she said.

Kyle chuckled, which made me hit his arm.

“What are you laughing at?” I asked as I raised an eyebrow.

He laughed and pointed to the side of my lips.

“You have drool there.”

My eyes widened. I was about to speak when a familiar song suddenly played.

“Can I have this dance?” Kyle asked hopefully, with a sweet smile.

I blinked a few times before accepting his extended hand.
