“So tight security has been placed at the border Alpha Stone. The men have been trained for these operations so you can be rest assured.* 

I nodded and turned to some of the elders in attendance. “Anything else we should talk about?” 

They exchanged looks and then the eldest, Elder Chuan turned to me. 

“Alpha, with all due respect, we'd like to advise you to marry this woman Sophie. She's the best choice for a Luna.” 

I gritted my teeth and glared at him. “Who do you think you are to tell me what to do? That's my personal life. It's no business of either one of you.”

“I didn't mean to upset you Alpha,” he raised his hands. “I speak on behalf of the people when I say that the pack would benefit greatly from a strong Luna. One that can fight alongside you in wars and even sit in during meetings.”
