I had just arrived at my office when I overheard that the principal had called Elena to the office, which made me worried. I dropped my bag and stepped out of my office, heading towards the classroom, when I heard two students behind me laughing.

"Yeah, I heard she's getting expelled, that's why she's been called," one of them said, and my heart skipped a beat. I slowed down my pace, wanting to hear more.

"I can't wait for her to leave. Anna will be so happy," the other student chimed in.

I turned around to see who was speaking, my curiosity piqued. "Who's getting expelled?" I asked, wanting to confirm the rumor.

The two students turned to me, looking scared. "Elena," they said in unison, before quickly scurrying away, not wanting to be caught spreading gossip.
