Denzel's POV

As Adelaide spoke, tears were welling up in her eyes. My heart hurt as I was worried that she was in pain. "I am happy that I also made it. If I had not noticed this, I would have punished myself." I squeezed her gently as Dr. Cynthia entered the room.

"Greetings, my king. If someone had told me when you were coming, I could have come in sooner and caught you up on everything." Dr. Cynthia appeared prepared to take the delivery. All she needed was for Adelaide's body to be prepared.
