Chapter 60

Rosalie's POV

A warm hand is on my shoulder when I wake up. When I slowly turn around, Derrick is standing there. "You took a very long nap. Get dressed and follow me. I would like to take you to the pack house." His tone was commanding; this was a command rather than a question. I get out of bed and head to the restroom. 

There, I wash my face, brush my black hair, and rinse my mouth with mouthwash. Derrick is there waiting for me when I return to the bedroom. He holds my hand as I try to move by him and go to the door.

Once more, the sparks from our bond pierce through my body. He turns to face me when the elevator doors close after we have walked up the hallway to it. "Please be honest with me, Rosalie. Do you feel the sparks of our mate bond? My wolf gets annoyed because you are not drawn to us since you are so cold and unresponsive." He tells me. I can tell he's holding back his rage in an attempt to talk to me about it in a polite manner
