Chapter 61

Rosalie's POV

I hurriedly get dressed, do my business, and dash to the restroom. I am so excited to meet Zeila. I hope I can contain my excitement and keep my face intact. I dash inside the kitchen as soon as I get to the main floor. High ranking individuals typically congregate at this location to address significant issues. 

I notice Derrick sitting there with a glass of juice in front of him when I go in, so I'm right. He motions for me to come sit across from him at the kitchen island as soon as he sees me approaching. His hand rests on mine as he asks, "Did you sleep well, mate?" I nod, pick up a glass, and fill it with juice for myself. 

Meekly, I replied, "Yes I did, thank you, Derrick"
