Chapter 9

When Rosalie called her parents and told them what had transpired in the woods, they became quite alarmed. They wanted to know immediately where she was and whether or not she was okay. They were currently on their way to retrieve her. When they learned that she was in the care of the son of the Lycan King, they were somewhat relieved. She reasoned that Gabriel's reputation must be good because her parents were not the type to readily trust people, particularly when it came to their daughters.

Rosalie was watching the approaching chopper while she stood on the Golden Iris pack's runway.

She began to wave when she noticed her pack's symbol on the hull. She excitedly pointed a finger at the aircraft and said to the man beside her, "Look, Alpha Prince, my parents have arrived." 

"Yes I noticed," he said, glancing at her with an amused expression. She was at the door before it slid open, having watched as the chopper touched down and the blades came to a complete stop. S
