Mona held tightly onto her legs as the tears flowed uncontrollably. Her wolf wailed the most as it lamented over the loss of a dear mate.
She couldn’t put her thoughts together. Maybe she should have been more insistent on Mark dropping the mission. Mona feels guilty as she constantly faults herself for Mark’s untimely death. She wanted to tear at someone so badly her wolf was making its way to the surface, and she kept pushing it back. It’s a struggle between the both of them.
