The hall is filled with varied aromas—the sweet perfume of the flowers that decorate the space, the subtle scent of perfumed candles, and the tempting aroma of the dishes that will be served later. Every sound, every smell, and every sight is a constant reminder of the importance of this night. I try to focus on each detail, using them to keep my mind off Raven, and focused on the etiquette trial.

As the night progresses, the music shifts from a smooth and elegant rhythm to something more lively, inviting the guests to dance. I observe the couples forming on the dance floor, each displaying grace and skill. I feel a pang of envy and a desire to join them without the weight of worry on my shoulders. The vision of Ryan comes to my mind, and I wonder what it would be like if we danced tonight. I bet it would be something fun.

However, my mind incessantly returns to Raven. She is moving through the hall now, speaking with several important figures.
