Chapter 58. Withdraw from the Tournament

Ethan's POV

The environment, which was once a place of celebration and joy, is now filled with tension and uncertainty. The air is dense, almost palpable, charged with the energy of so many conflicting feelings.

"What does this mean for us?" Bea suddenly questions, her voice cutting through the growing murmur like a sharp blade. Her black eyes are full of confusion, reflecting the same doubts I see on many other faces around me. "The tournament to be Luna, how will it be?"

Bea's question hangs in the air, laden with implications, like a sword suspended over our heads. A fervent debate begins among the participants, all stirred up and frightened by the idea that the tournament will be canceled. For me, it shouldn't have existed to start with.

"If the king has already found his Luna, what does that mean? Is she fit to rule alongside him? Will she continue to participate in the trials?" a duke questions with concern.
