Alpha Chris was red as a tomato, as he rose up from the sofa slowly. His eyes were ablaze with anger, and as he stood in front of me, I could see that he was way bigger than me, that he towered over me. It seemed like he wanted to intimidate me, but that was not going to work. I maintained eye contact, my gaze icy and cold.

“Who do you think you are?! How dare you talk to me like that? You? A low life?!” He ranted.

“That should be my line. Who the hell do you think you are, that you can come into the royal palace, and insult, the king, queen and princess? I can have your head for opening that filthy mouth of yours,” I seethed.

“Suzie, it’s alright, no need to say anything anymore,” Elliot said as he grabbed my arm.

I snatched my arm from his hold, my gaze still glued to alpha Chris.

“No Elliot, I’m not going to take this. Disrespect shall not be tolerated, especially to the royal family.”
