Chapter 95. To The Whole Kingdom

Suzie POV

I approached the mirror, with great caution and anticipation. My heart raced in my chest as I got closer to the mirror. Once I was standing in front of the mirror, I froze going petrified. I stared at my reflection in disbelief. I slowly brought my hands up to my eyelid and stretched it out a bit.

My orbs were red.

They were as red as a ruby diamond. My hair, white was once black, was now all white. I ran a hand through my hair, in utter disbelief at the obvious and drastic change. Tiny red freckles adorned my now, pale and porcelain skin.

I was stunned. I placed my hand over the mirror, my whole body trembling. I was looking at a different person entirely. I snapped my head back, my eyes meeting my mother’s. She too, had the same look of awe in her eyes, but there was a smile on her lips.

“Mother, why do I look so different? Is this supposed to happen? I asked frantically, fear running up my spine.
