~3RD PERSON’S POV~

The rays of the morning sun shot through the window in Maria and Derren's bedroom and fell on Maria's face. Her eyes slowly opened, and as her vision cleared up, she met face-to-face with Derren, who was staring at her silently.

Her eyes widened in shock, and she jumped off the bed quickly, yelling, “Whoa! Who are you?”
