Chapter 211. Old Friends
~3RD PERSON'S POV~
“I am the Immortal; Sabbath,” Mary said with a doubled voice, her blackish-red aura rising from her body like a stream of smoke.
“Our original plan was to extract the demon from your body and take him back to Firgatten, but now we'll just have to take you instead,” Ezekiel said, then raised his hood to cover his head. His eyes turned bright red, and the number of cloaked people in the alley multiplied.
Mary still held Goliah to the alley wall. Her entire body had now become weak because Mary's aura constantly drained her energy. She could barely move or speak.
Mary's brows furrowed. She curled her fingers, and multiple red spikes shot out of the ground, destroying the illusions one by one. Some of the illusions jumped at Mary, swinging large swords at her. Mary used her aura to form tentacles that helped her block each attack, cutting down the illusions until one was left.
