“So, tell me, what did you find out?” Ruth asked as she walked into her living room with two glasses of orange juice. She placed one of the cups in front of Gregory, then sat on the couch opposite him.

“You’re one of the few humans who already knew that werewolves existed before the war; you must know the Montgomery family,” Gregory said.

“I’m familiar with the name. They're the family of the Darkfang pack, if I remember correctly. They own a business completely separate from ours and are one of our numerous competitors,” Ruth replied, placing the glass cup between her lips.
