Adams in the Human World

Human World  

Adams’s POV 

I drive out of the forest, rushing home to have a nice bath with some good and very expensive cosmetics. It’s been long since I had such a nice bath, just thinking about it makes me smile like a fool. 

This world has a very nice and attractive fragrance, which lifts my mood. This human world is so different, I wish I could stay here forever, unfortunately, my power doesn’t work here and I can’t just get old and die, it’s too weird and insensitive. 

Why can’t we all just live forever? Sometimes I pity these humans, after suffering for nearly all their lives, they die just when they start to enjoy the fruit of their hard labour and they call it retirement, haha... It’s so pathetic to see all these wealthy old men counting their number of days on earth.
