Adams at the Hospital

Eve’s POV

“Where are you? Very soon the run will start without me. I’m sure they are already gathered at the site and I’m the only one left as usual” she looked at the sky to estimate the time and she’s right. 

“Eve, where the hell are you?!” Matilda keeps roaming, peeping left and right like a thief. She’s worried, and it’s normal since she isn’t supposed to be in this arena. She looks up to the sky as it changes its shades, and her shoulder slumps helplessly.

After waiting for Eve to no avail, she finally gives up and she decides to go without Eve. 

“At least I’ve tried.” she consoles herself.

While I’m nervously lettering around my bed, thinking on how I’m going to leave this palace without anyone seeing me, I have never gone for a run and I’m definitely going to go for this one with Matilda.
