“Mikel is playing hard to get”Esmy told Killian

I saw him look at me with disbelief,I didn’t know what he was thinking,I could tell what Mikel was thinking whenever he was with me but I couldn’t do the same for Killian.

He was so in contrast with his brother.

I wanted his opinions,he knew his half brother more than I did and it was only right that I came to him with this.

“He isn’t playing hard to get,he is rejecting you”Killian shrugged.

I look at him and tried my best to see from his expressions if he was just saying that because he was tired of me asking him questions or he was just saying that to get me off his back,I wasn’t going to give up no matter what he said.

“Why would you say that to me”I asked calmly.

There was no point in raising my voice,he might tell me why he said that or he won’t.

“Esmy,I don’t want to keep talking about this,maybe you should leave the office so I could concentrate on work”Killian
