Ivy's POV

"What are you–"

My words were cut short as Sean kissed me. His lips parted mine forcefully before his tongue found its way into my mouth. I latched my hands onto his shoulders and pushed. He pulled back.

"Sean! What do you think you're doing?"

"Kissing my mate," he replied hoarsely. Below, he pushed a hand beneath my shirt. "I've been waiting so long for this."

"Stop!" I seethed.

"Why?" he asked.

"Uh?"

"Why should I stop? Don't you want me anymore?"

"We can't do this here," I pointed out the obvious.

"Why not?"

He was fucking kidding. "Ezra–"

"What about him?" he cut me short again. "You don't want to be with me because of him?"

Yes. No. I don't know. "What if he hears us?"
