Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months of bliss. Sean and I lived together, went to school together, and hung out together.

It was refreshing to love him openly without worrying about others' opinions. The only downside was Sean's hectic schedule—between his pack duties and school, we barely had free time to spend together besides evenings and weekends.

His father pushed him hard, but Sean handled it effortlessly. Being Alpha meant being responsible for the entire pack, and he'd already started attending council meetings while juggling studies. Despite it all, he thrived, doing better than most people would have in his situation.
