Chapter 24

Cassie’s POV

After visiting my father's house and hearing about his idea, I spent the rest of my day thinking about the lesson for the new pack warriors.

I know that my old mentor will be proud of me. Finally, I can teach his technique and fighting stance to the new pack warriors. I cannot put into words how excited I am right now.

Even Kaiden noticed my constant smiling. I know that there is no way he would not discover this little sneaky activity that I am planning, but I am not putting my life at stake, so I guess he has no right to stop me from doing this. I am so bored doing all this lady-type work, and I know it is part of me being the Luna of the pack, and I hate to say that it bored me to death. I felt sorry for that.

"Babe, what's with your mood? It seems like you are happy; did something happen that I did not know?" He asked me with his curious stare too.

I shrugged my shoulders and gave him a meaningful smile. Not the weird type, though.
