Raina’s POV
I swung around to find Cheryl in black shorts and a tank top with a backhand wiping her mouth. Appearing pallid and unwell with a messy bun on top of her ash-blonde head, her smoky eyes leaped from me to him.
She cleared her throat, staring at me with a joggling smile. “Hi, Luna Raina. It's nice to officially meet you. Devin’s mentioned you a few times. I wanted to meet you when you were here, but you left so soon. This is an honor.”
Cheryl stepped closer to me, extending a courteous handshake.
My brows raised, shifting to gape at her unwashed hand. So unhygienic.
“Oh, sorry.” She nervously chuckled with realization and immediately went to the aster wash basin, turning the tap on.
