Chapter 447. No Moon

Raina’s POV

"Eclipse…don’t!" An earth-shattering scream tore from my throat as a connection within me snapped.

I knelt in the lonely pit of darkness, unable to move, thrashing and screaming at the dark red moon. Only for it to start melting. Its waxy crimson drops dripped down onto my face like acid. 

My skin sizzled, and the pain shot into various parts of my body. Tears filled my eyes, and I couldn’t do anything but cry.

I thought I was going to pass out. Then suddenly, the darkness warped into a suffocating red haze. 

My whole body trembled in agony, the pain splitting me in half. Yet, despite my body feeling like it was set on fire, a constant coldness nudged at me.
