Initially, some of the friends they had, thought Emma had adopted a black child at the same time as she had her own. Edward and Emma were forthright about how she came to be pregnant with a black and white child. About twenty percent of their friends drifted away afterward, a few became stauncher friends, and another wife made a trip up with Emma after the twins were born and experienced a little Brick magic herself. We sent movies to both husbands, because the women also had sex with each other, something neither of them ever gave up until she moved to Seattle.

I guess that brings me to Jeri and Tom. Jeri continued submitting to me one weekend a month, and a whole week every year, into her sixties. We usually left town for the week and went somewhere that Jeri didn't have to worry about her professional standing.
