Elyana was still in shock at what she heard from the doctor Quintin referred her to. Thanks to him, she didn't have to wait too long in the clinic. His cousin’s wife asked her to come in the right after she told the nurse at the front desk she wanted an appointment right after she entered. 

The first patient who had a session after lunch that day happened to come late, and the doctor took that chance to talk to Elyana while waiting for him. It only took thirty minutes of one-on-one conversation. Doctor Lilian gave her findings immediately, and Elyana was right—something was wrong with her.

The doctor told her it was common for people who have experienced cheating to witness it face-to-face. She said it was mixed with chronic anxiety and depression, including frequent thoughts of something that triggered the two, which are related to having PTSD or post-traumatic stress disorder.
