Elyana's POV

The sun's rays going through the glass window of my room woke me up the next morning. I checked the time and it had already passed eight o'clock, but I still felt like sleeping, even though the sun was already high.

My head felt heavy because of the lack of sleep. Dad left so much to think about last night and speaking of those, it went back again.

I couldn't help but sigh. I sat on the side of the bed slowly while holding my stomach. It had been more than a month, but I could still feel so much pain deep inside. The stitches on the outside were already healed, but the inside was still healing.
