Chapter 220

Mia brushed her shoes as Jacob grabbed a hamper basket with him.

“So will you tell Barbara about your ordeal?” Mia asked.

“Well, I need to. I'd just mention it lightly and if she accepts to help out, that is fine” Jacob said.

“That's okay” Mia nodded as Jacob waited for her.

“I am ready” Mia said as she walked out of the door.

Jacob locked the door as he walked towards Mia.

The sky was blue as the birds flew around chirping. 

“What do you think their kids would be like?” Mia asked.

Jacob smiled, Mia was doing that thing again where she worried about the kids and pretended to not worry about kids later.

“I think they'd powerful like their mother. Moreover we got them matching gifts” Jacob stated.

Mia shook her head as they walked down the street.

“This is the first time we are walking down this street together” Mia said as she took a deep breath.

“We'd have more walks here together” Jacob said.
