Chapter 224

Marino relaxed in his seat,

“It is a good thing you know me pretty well. You win the case and we can discuss about my payment later” Marino said 

Dr Richard smirked. He didn't like toying around with Marino even when he knew he could break him like a twig easily.

“Thank you then, I should be on my leave now. I need to attend to some very important things” Dr Richard said.

“That is fine by me. Have a great day” Marino bade him farewell.

Dr Richard got up from his seat as he walked towards Shadow.

Marino watched them walk out of the garden as they headed for their car.

“Boss, are you sure about this?” Jane asked with concern as she walked towards Marino.

“Jane you worry so much about me than actually protecting me” Marino said 

Jane gulped as she looked away.

“I think you need the vacation breeze to clear your mind. Don't you think so?” Marino asked gently.

“No boss, I'd mind my business from now on” Jane said
