Mia looked through the glass.

“But there is a lot of people outside” Mia said.

“Yes, I'd attend to them tomorrow. Matter of fact I'd address this” Jacob said.

“What if they had an emergency?” Mia said.

“Mia, I can't do much. I have my needs too and I have to attend to them.” Jacob said.

Mia nodded as she stared at Jacob.

“I think I can go to the hospital by myself. At least for now” Mia said.

Jacob took off his coat as he put it in the basket.

“What are you proposing?” Jacob asked as he washed his hands while sanitising his clothes 

“I mean you can help the people and I can go to the hospital” Mia said.

“I know i am busy, but I can't leavey family. Every other thing can wait. I need to be there for my family first. If they had emergencies I'm sure they'd pick their family over the doctors too” Jacob replied.
