Mia smiled as she nodded.

Jacob chuckled as he rubbed her back.

The next morning for Emily was refreshing. Perhaps all that relaxation was just what she needed.

“Arise and shine you sleepy head” Emily said as she dragged Brenda from the sofa.

Brenda frowned as she pulled herself away from Emily.

Emily pulled her eyes open as Brenda stared at her angrily.

“You know I spent all night watching that movie after you slept off thirty minutes into the movie” Brenda said.

“If you were loyal you'd have waited for me as a good friend to get up so we watch it together this morning” Emily said.

“Seriously, you'd still sleep off again. Just let me sleep for an hour my eyes are heavy. I promise I'd come join you in the sewing room” Brenda pleaded.

“Okay then” Emily said as she finally left her alone.

She tucked her into the sheet properly as she headed for the bathroom.

Brenda slept off almost immediately as Emily grabbed her brush
