Chapter 87

"Well, good ol' T. Glad to see you have not changed one bit." They both laugh as Amber says this. Amber tries to move on the luggage. She puts more energy into her pull and drags it into the house. "Hey, don't just leave me out here!" Tory yells from the outside.

Amber laughs and yells back. 

"Pick a box and pull, you bimbo!" She hears her loud 'ha!' and then the noise of tyres on gravel. She lifts the luggage up to the stairs and struggles with it till she gets to the guest room. She had gotten the room cleaned up a week before Tory's arrival. Everywhere still looked spotless and she had changed the sheets too. 

She set the box close to a makeshift wardrobe in the room. Tory found her staring around the room.

 "What's happening? Got me set up in this kids room and realized you could have gone lower?" Tory asked with a sly smile. She missed this sarcastic banter. "Oh please, I could have set up a tent for you right next to Mr Blume's store." Amber res
