Chapter 56. The Truth Only

As Sarah said this, Alrond remained calm and quiet. His eyes on the drinks that laid there on the table the three of them sat. Seeing his sudden silence, Sarah pushed on.

“What about Ethan? Doesn’t he know? I mean this isn’t ordinary is it?” She asked.

Alrond took a deep breath before replying, “he knows completely about this, even more so than I do.”

“Then why isn’t he fighting for my sister?” Frank asked.

Alrond shrugged, “he said he has everything under control and more things to figure out. He also left me in charge of Amara,” he explained.

Sarah found this odd, she shook her head, “where is he right now?”

“Travelled, he’ll be back in a week time I guess,” Alrond answered, his voice calm.
