That would be a total of $600,000 for four children. You can stop after one child, or carry on with additional children. No one would force you to do this breeding program. The money is to encourage participation. Obviously, four children could be expected to take about six years of your life, although once a child is born, you have no responsibility for it. Medical costs related to delivery are covered by the infertile parents.
