Chapter 88. Ryder's Date

ALANA’S POV

I was nervous before but now that Morgana has left Ryder and I alone in her room, I’m even more nervous. The man standing in front of me has got to be one of the most handsome people I have ever met. He has light brown eyes and dirty blonde hair that he has tried to make look presentable but I’ve seen him with disheveled hair before and I think his hair looks better when it’s messy.

My heart beats frantically in my chest as I look up at him. He’s so pretty and he looks shy which by the way I think is so cute.

“So, what do you say? Does dinner sound nice?” He asks scanning my face with his eyes and I swallow as I nod my head nervously. His eyes widen and he shoots me a smile. I think to myself, this is the most beautiful man I’ve ever seen.
