Chapter 33
Liana’s POV
“Killian…” I breathed, my voice barely audible. “What are you doing here?”
He didn’t answer. He didn’t need to. The way he moved was enough to tell me everything. He didn’t say a word as he marched toward me, grabbed my wrist, and yanked me to my feet.
Simon stood up instantly, confused and tense. “Hey! What the hell, Mr. Man? Who the hell are you? Let her go.”
Killian didn’t even glance at him. “Stay out of this.”
“She’s with me,” Simon said, stepping closer. “You don’t get to—”
“I said stay out!” Killian barked.
“Killian, stop!” I pulled against his grip. “You’re embarrassing me!”
But he wasn’t listening. He dragged me out of the booth, across the room, and into the hallway of the restaurant. People turned to look. A waiter froze mid-step. My heart pounded as he shoved open the men’s restroom and pulled me inside.
The door slammed shut behind us. He locked it.
“What the hell is wrong with you?!” I shout
