“The driver is here already. Are you ready to leave?” I asked Maya who was washing her hands inside the bathroom. “The luggage is already in the car.”

“I’ll be out in five,” Maya yelled loud enough for me to hear.

As I waited for her to come out of the bathroom, I started reminiscing about our trip. I was a little bit sad that it had to come to an end.

But I was glad because I was going to see my babies. One week felt like an eternity without them. It was a good thing Maya had planned a lot of activities to make the trip interesting.
