I was about to go but she held my hand. I didn't turn towards her.

"Please don't leave me" I turned towards her and then shook my head.

"You're not in your senses," I said. She looks at me and smiles.

"It's good I'm not in my senses. I want to forget everything, Christian"

"No… It's not right" I shook my head, gazing at her lips. I was on the edge of losing myself. We both were looking into each other's eyes. That's when thundering light in the clouds broke our eye contact. We turned our heads towards the window as it started pouring. A smile appeared on her lips. Before I could understand the reason behind her smile, she distanced herself from me and ran outside. My eyes widened realising what she was up to.

I ran behind her to stop but it was too late. She was standing in the garden, feeling the droplets of water with closed eyes. She widened her arms as if she wanted raindrops to embrace her in arms. I leaned at the door
