Chapter 21. Please Don't Cry

"Stop crying, butterfly" Half-Wit growled at me as I was sobbing, seated in the front seat. Suddenly, He parked the car at the roadside.

"Wh--Why did yo--you stop ca--car over here ?" I stuttered. He cupped my face and wiped my tears.

"How can you expect me to drive safely when your tears are driving me insane? I can't see tears in your eyes… I just can't" I quickly wiped off my tears upon hearing him.

"I won't cry but please take me to Stefan" He sighed and sat straight to start driving again. I tried not to cry but the thought that Stefan is injured was making it difficult for me.

"I'm a stupid who pushed him away. Now, I won't let him go away even for a minute" I mumbled to myself. I looked at my half-wit when he applied the break.

"What happened?" I asked.

"We reached the hospital." I turned my head and looked outside. Without wasting time, I hopped out of the car and ran towards reception to find where Stefan was ad
