"Stefan" I called him after the nurse left. He smiled and sat beside me.

"Yeah" He took my hand into his hand.

"I love you" he chuckled and kissed my lips as if he wanted to express how much he loved me through kisses instead of using words. I smiled and responded to him with the same intensity. He broke the kiss when I went winded and lovingly caressed my cheeks.

"Go and freshen up then we will eat something together" I mumbled.
