Chapter 52. Panic Attack

I sat in the driving seat and dialled Rocky's number to find out where Ivanna was and whether she was okay or not.

"Hey," I greeted him when he picked up the call after two rings.

"You called me at the right time" I gulped when I heard his panicked voice from the other side.

"What happened? Is everything okay? Is Ivanna okay?" I bombard him with questions.

"I don't know" He interrupted me before I could question him more.

"Huh?"

"Ivanna forced me to visit my wife who had delivered our baby. I thought to check on Ivanna an hour ago and tried to call her but she didn't pick up my calls then I called the reception of the hotel where Ivanna was staying. I came to know that she left in the evening in a hurry" I scrunched my eyebrow.

"So what? She might be busy, that's why she didn't pick up your call and maybe went to roam around in the evening. What's wrong with it?" I asked, trying to be positive despite my feelings
