I wiped my tears and took a deep breath, not wanting to emerge myself in pain while remembering the haunted memories. Also, I don't want to end up having a panic attack like last night. I look at my side table for the glass of water. I was about to raise my right hand to hold the glass but Christian was holding it in his hands while sleeping. a mild smile broke on my lips after seeing his handsome face.
I don't know what special connection I have with him but his presence always gives me peace and happiness. He made me feel secure but yesterday I behaved like an insane person and doubted his intention when he protected me and my image. I gulped to control the tears that welled up in my eyes and extended my left hand towards the glass but accidentally it slept from my hand when I picked it up from the table which resulted in disturbance of his sleep. He woke up, getting startled by the sound of glass breaking. He looked at me and then the broken pieces
