Chapter 94. In the Presence of Nick Cage

Now that the bodyguard was here, she can't move an inch.

If the danger comes, it's no use for her to escape.

Veronica Parker did not hesitate anymore and she entered the car.

The door closed, the bodyguard got on, and the car left the TV station.

Veronica Parker sat in the back seat alone, her nervous heart pounding out of her chest.

The car entered the big iron door behind the Winter Villa, and slowly closed and drove a long distance before it came to a stop.

The bodyguard opened the door and, Veronica got off uneasily and stood on the floor tile of Winter Villa. A chill ran up from the soles of her feet to her spine.

The whole Winter Villa darkened, the leaves and branches in the distance made the place very shadowy that Veronica's scalp was numb.
